Multi-Media Learning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality instructional videos, with an emphasis on short-form content inspired by social media trends to deliver powerful messages quickly.
• Collaborate with learning designers and subject matter experts to script and storyboard engaging video content.
• Develop visually appealing graphic elements for presentations, e-learning modules, and print materials that align with corporate branding.
• Create animations to illustrate complex concepts and integrate them seamlessly into e-learning programs.
• Partner with global stakeholders and enabling functions (HR, Finance, D&T) to ensure learning materials are relevant and effective.
• Stay current with multimedia trends and tools to drive innovation in learning content delivery.

Requirements

• A keen eye for visual storytelling and graphic design.
• A solid understanding of learning design science and instructional objectives.
• Proficiency in a range of multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Rise).
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and the ability to build relationships at pace.
• Ability to grasp core business strategies and reflect corporate tone and language in creative work.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage production workflows from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in professional videography and cinematography.
• Experience designing comprehensive learning interventions from scratch.
