Multi-Market Media Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored packages, proposals, and client-focused sales presentations communicating Total TV (linear and digital) opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor by leveraging ratings data, competitive intelligence, and AI resources to provide market insights.
• Manage inventory availability across linear and digital platforms and respond to avails requests.
• Process and enter advertising orders accurately into traffic systems to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign delivery, prepare attribution reports, and coordinate makegood schedules to ensure client value.
• Maintain sales materials, marketing collateral, and project workflows using tools like Monday.com.
• Process co-op advertising invoices and special billing following client guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operational or administrative support experience in media, advertising, or sales-related environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint (design and creation).
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to generate insights.
• Understanding of broadcast television advertising, Comscore ratings, OTT/streaming, and digital advertising concepts.
• Ability to learn CRM software, traffic systems (e.g., Wide Orbit), and project management tools quickly.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
