Multi-Domain System Simulation Engineer (Vehicle & Powertrain)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of system-level, multi-domain simulation models for complete vehicle and powertrain behavior
• Own the integration and co-simulation of third-party physics-based tools like GT Power and AMESim within a MATLAB/Simulink framework
• Design and maintain co-simulation architectures and interfaces for consistent data exchange and synchronization
• Define and govern model architectures, shared libraries, and integration standards
• Coordinate multi-domain modeling, integration, and validation activities across internal and external teams
• Act as the primary technical authority for cross-domain model behavior and resolve complex subsystem interactions
• Oversee the structure, versioning, and quality of shared model and component libraries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Experience developing system-level or multi-domain simulation models for complex engineered systems
• Proven technical leadership experience in model architecture and integration
• Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink
• Experience with co-simulation and tool integration (GT Power, AMESim)
• Ability to coordinate work across global teams and external partners
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
