Multi Distillery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership to ensure production activities are delivered safely and efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement across production and administrative support functions
• Assist in achieving annual output targets while maintaining consistent spirit quality within budget
• Manage raw material and consumable orders, monitoring monthly expenditure against the budget
• Support the Distillery Manager with operational tasks and participate in the "On Call" roster
• Oversee the production, storage, and handling of feed ingredients in compliance with regulations
• Manage financial, operational, EHS, and SEPA documentation for the distilleries
• Promote and reinforce correct Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) behaviors through personal example
• Ensure relevant samples are taken and dispatched to customers and laboratories

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Spirits industry or a related FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of whisky production operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeric skills
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to work flexibly and travel to other sites when required
