Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
• Prioritize repairs with input from Plant Management
• Maintain machinery, production processes, and general facility upkeep
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (P.M.) on plant equipment
• Inspect molding presses, including oil levels, leaks, and heater operation
• Install or modify equipment to improve reliability and safety
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Mechatronics or five years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding
• Strong shop math skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands of standing, climbing, and kneeling
