Multi-Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and VMWare vCloud Suite
• Develop, configure, and support compute solutions that align with company technology standards
• Provide technical consultation and support for IT projects, including requirements gathering and design
• Act as a technical lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of work plans
• Oversee quality change control, incident management, and disaster recovery methodologies
• Provide ongoing support for the multi-cloud environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in server administration (monitoring, patching, incident/problem management)
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, and cloud services
• Proficiency with Windows Server OS platforms
• Knowledge of VMWare vCloud Suite (ESXi, Virtual Center, vRealize Operations, vRealize Automation)
• Foundational understanding of public cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience supporting global heterogeneous multi-data center computing environments
