Multi Assets Execution Dealer

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client coverage for multi-asset trade execution across structured products, equities, fixed income, and OTC derivatives during European trading hours.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, from order entry and capture in Barclays systems to settlement and resolution of client queries.
• Act as a liaison between internal operations and external clients to ensure seamless trade placement and status updates.
• Mitigate operational risk by prioritizing orders based on market conditions and reporting suspicious transactions or potential market abuse.
• Advise on decision-making, contribute to policy development, and lead complex collaborative assignments or team members.
• Strengthen controls and governance by identifying ways to mitigate risk and developing new procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role specializing in multi-asset trade execution.
• Deep expertise in structured products, equities, fixed income, and OTC derivatives.
• Proficiency with industry platforms including Avaloq, Lexifi, FinIQ, Bloomberg (EMSX & TSOX), and MarketAxess.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial approach and high degree of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex or sensitive information to stakeholders.
