MuleSoft Developer/Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable, and highly available applications using MuleSoft ESB and Cloudhub
• Lead the implementation of integration solutions and maintain high implementation standards
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to translate integration requirements into technical tasks
• Assign tasks to junior developers and provide guidance based on their skill levels
• Develop and deliver clean, maintainable code for integrating complex systems
• Provide timely status updates to project leadership and proactively identify potential issues
• Contribute to intellectual property, project accelerators, and internal software development processes
• Demonstrate teamwork by sharing knowledge and assisting team members across various projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of overall IT experience with a focus on APIs and/or microservices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• Strong Java development background and a solid understanding of integration principles
• Hands-on experience exposing web services using SOAP and/or REST
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel globally and flexibility regarding working hours and location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with middleware/ESB technologies (e.g., Apigee, Dell Boomi, WSO2, or Tibco)
• MuleSoft certifications such as MCD, MCPA, or MCIA
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS/SQL or messaging protocols like JMS, FTP, or SMTP
• Prior experience working within a consulting services environment
• Experience with configuration management, release, and deployment processes
