Mule Wiring Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of prototype mule wiring activities and build prototype harnesses
• Design and release prototype wiring harnesses
• Build detailed harness Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Collaborate with Prototype Build Engineering for component procurement
• Assess harness design and packaging feasibility
• Provide technical interface and support to the advanced engineering team
• Perform onsite troubleshooting activities at build shops
• Provide detailed Make-On-Vehicle (MOV) instructions during vehicle builds
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive harness design software
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
• Fluent in English
