Responsibilities

• Manage live support via real-time chat on Apple Messages for Business
• Handle ticketed support through email, Zendesk, X, and Discord
• Triage incoming bugs, reproduce issues, and fix minor bugs directly
• Dispatch complex escalations to engineering as precise requests
• Build AI-driven support automations for auto-triage, deflection, and routing

Requirements

• Ability to maintain rigor and calm under pressure during live responses
• Platform thinking to design systems and automations rather than one-off replies
• Technical depth to read code and provide precise bug reproduction steps
• Low ego and a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript or Python
