Interaction is the maker of Poke.com, a proactive AI agent for everyday life. We are a $300M consumer company backed by General Catalyst and prominent industry leaders from Vercel, Stripe, and Coinbase.
Responsibilities
- Harden infrastructure to support scaling traffic and concurrent agent executions
- Navigate the full stack to build high-concurrency, low-latency distributed systems
- Prototype, ship, and iterate on agentic workflows
- Develop APIs, SDKs, and primitives for platform extensibility
- Optimize AI runtime, tool use, and model selection in production
- Improve agent performance through post-training, alignment, and synthetic data generation
Requirements
- Technical depth and obsession with craft
- Ability to design primitives and platform-level solutions rather than one-off features
- Rigor under pressure with the ability to stabilize systems while shipping features
- Experience in at least one core area: Scale & Infra, Product, DevTools, AI Runtime, or Post-Training/Alignment
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Python is helpful but not required
