MTS Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, verify, and optimize full-chip test methodologies, including on-chip DFT strategies and test vector generation.
• Design and implement automated test equipment (ATE) programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead first-silicon debug activities, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure product reliability.
• Collaborate with global design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering teams to embed test capability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce test costs, enhance product quality, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop CMT/HMDT test modules and convert test patterns from STIL to pobj.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development or test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
• Proven experience in FPGA product development and test methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically TCL and PERL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative, high-performance teams.
