MTL/MFA - Order Management & Sample Receipt

Responsibilities

• Record incoming orders and samples in the laboratory information system (LIS)
• Check documents for completeness and plausibility
• Manage material flows using dynamic barcodes
• Process order-entry requests
• Support quality control of recorded orders and error management
• Coordinate distribution of samples to specialist departments and partner labs
• Communicate with senders regarding additions or changes
• Handle follow-up requests and inquiries

Requirements

• Completed training as MTL or MFA, or a comparable qualification
• Interest in medical processes and work in a specialist laboratory
• Confident use of digital systems or strong motivation to learn quickly
• Structured and careful working style
• Team spirit and service orientation
• German language skills at least at B2 level in speech and writing
• Prior laboratory experience is welcome but not required
