MS&T Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform product transfers (Handshake process) from R&D to production
• Conduct analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished products
• Execute process scaling, validation, and optimization activities
• Support continuous improvement and process robustness initiatives
• Develop and optimize new analytical methods
• Write and execute analytical validations for new products
• Draft process and cleaning validation documentation to ensure safety and robustness
• Manage sampling and analysis for batches received during the afternoon shift
• Coordinate analysts and laboratory equipment during the afternoon shift (14:00 to 22:00)

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• Proven experience working in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment
• Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
• Highly organized with strong, clear communication skills
