MST Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and oversight for airborne electrical products, managing cost, schedule, and technical requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead trade studies to determine optimal solutions for complex problems while considering quality, cost, and performance
• Manage team dynamics by capitalizing on individual strengths and mitigating skill gaps
• Communicate task status and strategic plans across multiple teams, programs, and customer leadership
• Partner with program teams to ensure full integration and execution of technical requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with electrical subsystems and/or Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) including development, integration, or test production support
• Experience with analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design, analysis, or hardware integration
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance (required prior to start date)
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the design, test, and sell-off of military systems
• Knowledge of hardware testing methodologies and Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
• Experience with FRACAS processes and configuration control boards
• Proficiency with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and circuit simulation tools like PSPICE or System Vision
• Familiarity with printed circuit board fabrication and assembly industry specifications
• Experience managing cost and schedule using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
• Master’s degree in a STEM field or an MBA
