MSP Technician

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer technology needs and recommend effective solutions
• Provide technical support for MSP-managed hardware, software, computers, and devices
• Design, install, configure, document, and maintain customer networks, servers, and related infrastructure
• Support and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, wireless networks, backups, and remote connectivity solutions
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and technology deployments
• Evaluate customer environments and recommend cybersecurity improvements
• Maintain accurate project, ticket, and system documentation
• Assist with customer reporting, invoicing, and password resets
• Travel occasionally within Indiana to support onsite installations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of relevant IT support, networking, or MSP experience
• Experience supporting Windows environments and network infrastructure
• Proficiency with Cisco firewalls and network security
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Apple iOS
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with VMware, Veeam, and virtualization technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
