MSN Manager Project Lead/Aeronautical Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor the project plan including milestones, budget, and resources
• Coordinate production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure deliverable consistency
• Lead project reviews and report progress to stakeholders and management
• Identify critical points such as delays or technical non-conformities and propose corrective actions
• Analyze root causes of malfunctions and implement permanent solutions
• Anticipate logistical, technical, and human risks by developing contingency plans
• Negotiate priorities with suppliers and production teams to ensure operational fluidity
• Represent the company during client meetings and provide transparent reporting
• Optimize production and coordination processes through continuous improvement and feedback loops

Requirements

• Engineering degree in aeronautics or industrial production
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a complex industrial environment
• Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile or V-model
• Proficiency with project tools like MS Project or Jira
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills
• Rigorous organization and budget management capabilities
