About the role
Responsibilities
- Support clinician onboarding and inbound communications for the MSL team
- Triage routine medical and scientific inquiries to the appropriate MSL
- Track early ordering behavior and identify education or escalation needs
- Manage shared inboxes and document interactions in tracking systems or CRM tools
- Coordinate follow-up after MSL engagements and support workflow improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in genetics, biology, healthcare, life sciences, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and new systems
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in genetic counseling assistance, clinical genetics, laboratory medicine, or medical affairs
- Familiarity with genetic testing, rare disease workflows, or pediatric care
- Interest in a future Medical Science Liaison or Medical Affairs career
