MSK Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal issues
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on specific patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
• Experience working in an MSK setting
• Significant post-graduate clinical experience in musculoskeletal/orthopaedics, medical/surgical/ITU, and neurology
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
