MSH PDE PI Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of MSH PDE Process Integration (PI) engineers.
• Own PI execution for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring delivery against milestones and ramp targets.
• Provide technical leadership for process integration strategies, characterization plans, and yield improvement actions.
• Manage resource planning and prioritization across multiple programs to meet schedule and quality commitments.
• Drive effective NPI-to-HVM handoff, including process readiness and documentation.
• Act as the primary PI interface for cross-functional stakeholders including Yield Enhancement, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of semiconductor engineering experience with a strong PI/NPI background.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, talent development, and performance management.
• Proven ability in resource planning, prioritization, and program execution.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills across engineering and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in people management or senior technical leadership roles.
• Experience supporting advanced packaging, HBM, or 3D-stacked technologies.
• Track record of driving yield stabilization during aggressive manufacturing ramps.
• Familiarity with data analytics, yield dashboards, or automation initiatives.
