About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations
- Facilitate Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), and Advanced Rider Course (ARC)
- Deliver both classroom-based instruction and hands-on range instruction
- Maintain a safe range environment and secure all training equipment
- Manage all associated course paperwork, pre-class preparation, and digital information recording
Requirements
- MSF RiderCoach Certification
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience
- Ability to ride a motorcycle to demonstrate riding exercises
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk on a training range for 8-hour periods
- Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail
