MSF RiderCoach

Responsibilities

• Provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations
• Facilitate Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), and Advanced Rider Course (ARC) classes
• Deliver both classroom-based instruction and range-based practical training
• Maintain accurate class paperwork and perform pre-class preparation
• Record all training information on the required website and ensure completed paperwork is submitted to Cape Fox

Requirements

• MSF RiderCoach Certification
• High school diploma
• At least 3 years of motorcycle training experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as required to meet deliverables
