About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations
- Facilitate Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), and Advanced Rider Course (ARC) classes
- Deliver both classroom-based instruction and range-based practical training
- Maintain accurate class paperwork and perform pre-class preparation
- Record all training information on the required website and ensure completed paperwork is submitted to Cape Fox
Requirements
- MSF RiderCoach Certification
- High school diploma
- At least 3 years of motorcycle training experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work long hours and weekends as required to meet deliverables
