MSF RiderCoach

Responsibilities

• Facilitate standardized motorcycle training courses, including Basic Rider Course (BRC), BRC2, and Advanced Rider Course (ARC).
• Provide both classroom instruction and hands-on range instruction to military members at designated Army Installations.
• Maintain a safe range environment and ensure all training equipment is properly secured.
• Manage all associated course paperwork, including pre-class preparation and recording information to the required website.
• Ensure all completed documentation is accurately submitted to Cape Fox.

Requirements

• MSF RiderCoach Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle to demonstrate riding exercises and tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within military installations or supporting U.S. Army requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight and high self-motivation.
