MSF RiderCoach

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled motorcycle Basic Rider Courses (BRC) and Advanced Rider Courses (ARC) for U.S. Army soldiers.
• Provide both classroom instruction and hands-on range instruction.
• Maintain a safe training range environment and secure all necessary equipment.
• Manage all associated paperwork, including pre-class preparation, online data recording, and submission of completed documentation.

Requirements

• MSF RiderCoach Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle to demonstrate riding exercises.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk on a training range for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
