MSF RiderCoach

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled Basic Rider Courses (BRC) and Advanced Rider Courses (ARC) for U.S. Army soldiers
• Provide both classroom instruction and hands-on range instruction
• Maintain a safe training range environment and secure all necessary equipment
• Manage all associated course paperwork, including pre-class preparation and online information recording
• Ensure accurate submission of completed training documentation

Requirements

• MSF RiderCoach Certification
• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience
• Ability to ride a motorcycle to demonstrate riding exercises
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk on a training range for 8-hour periods
• Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work self-motivated with minimal oversight
