About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate scheduled Basic Rider Courses (BRC) and Advanced Rider Courses (ARC) for U.S. Army soldiers
- Provide both classroom instruction and hands-on range instruction
- Maintain a safe motorcycle training range environment
- Handle all associated course paperwork, including pre-class preparation and online information recording
- Secure and maintain all training equipment
Requirements
- MSF RiderCoach Certification
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience
- Ability to ride a motorcycle to demonstrate riding exercises
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk on a training range for up to 8 hours and tolerate extreme weather
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail
