MS&T Specialist I - MBR Design

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) using Werum PAS-X MES
• Convert paper batch records into electronic workflows
• Configure process instructions, phases, operations, calculations, material handling, and equipment steps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, QA, and IT
• Support MES validation activities such as IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV documentation
• Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs
• Support UAT execution, defect resolution, and troubleshooting of MBR execution issues
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in MES / PAS-X
• Hands-on experience designing MBRs / EBRs
• Proficiency with Werum PAS-X MES
• Knowledge of Recipe Authoring, Weigh & Dispense, and Electronic Logs
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Mandatory experience working in regulated manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Manufacturing, Change controls, and SAP
• Understanding of manufacturing equipment integration
