Design and develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
Create and optimize schema design, indexes, and database architecture
Perform code reviews for SQL code to ensure quality and compliance
Perform query performance tuning, troubleshooting, and scalability optimization
Resolve issues related to deadlocks, blocking, and other performance concerns
Work with cross-functional teams to define database requirements and document designs

7 to 12 years of relevant experience
Proven experience with MS-SQL Server (2016 and above)
Strong expertise in T-SQL programming, indexing, and query optimization
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instances, or on-premises to Azure migration
Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad, Pune, or Indore
Immediate joiner or 15 days notice period preferred

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Data Lake, or Synapse Analytics
Proficiency in ETL workflows and data pipelines
Knowledge of database security and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
Experience with DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD)
Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
Knowledge of Python, C#, or other programming languages for integration
Familiarity with NoSQL databases and hybrid cloud solutions
