MS Power Platform - Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions ensuring alignment with security and governance standards
• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio
• Integrate Power Platform apps with POS systems and Dynamics 365 Commerce via Dataverse and Custom Connectors
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical documentation
• Configure environment strategy, ALM pipelines, and security roles
• Automate retail operations such as stock reconciliations, sales reporting, and loyalty workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide Level 2/3 support post-deployment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, AI Builder, RPA)
• Proficiency in Dataverse data modelling, security, and API integrations
• Experience with solution architecture design and governance frameworks
• Ability to deploy secure and scalable Power Pages portals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services like Logic Apps and Functions
• Understanding of POS systems and retail operations within the Egyptian or MENA market
• Ability to work with cross-border teams and engage with clients in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce or LS Retail POS platforms
• Power BI development skills for retail dashboards
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and ALM for Power Platform
• Knowledge of Power Apps component framework (PCF)
