MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript client-side scripting.
• Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Build Power Platform components such as Model-driven/Canvas Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Implement integrations with external systems using Web APIs (REST/OData), Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and manage production deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation following Microsoft best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
• Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform development concepts and Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Service Bus.
• Experience with data migration tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
