MS Dynamics 365 Consultant ( Customer Insights - Journeys)

Responsibilities

• Lead a marketing technology transformation for an Investment Management client by implementing and advising on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
• Evaluate current sales and marketing automation processes to identify gaps in journey management, campaign execution, and third-party integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on campaign design, customer journey mapping, and data privacy compliance.
• Develop robust recommendations for tool implementation, data integration strategies (CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems), and change management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements.
• Support internal teams through the transition to ensure seamless tool adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) within the last two years.
• Proven experience in the Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services sectors.
• Expertise in multi-channel customer journey orchestration and complex consent/subscription management.
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CRM, data warehouses, and analytics suites.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.
• A consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical roadmaps.
