MRTT Industrial Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Programmes, and Engineering, to ensure successful production.
• Deliver final products, such as aircraft, UAVs, and satellites, on time, on cost, and on quality (OQOTOC).
• Control industrial progress and manage resources effectively.
• Monitor and report on costs and anticipate potential deviations from the plan.
• Ensure awareness of compliance risks and maintain high standards of integrity in all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination within an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong ability to control industrial progress and manage complex resource requirements.
• Proficiency in cost reporting and financial monitoring.
• Ability to work with programme and product requirements to drive delivery.
