MRO Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create service orders and purchase orders as required
• Assist procurement in establishing targeted supplier service level agreements
• Coordinate the resolution of quality discrepancies with external suppliers
• Conduct routine performance evaluations and define improvement plans with vendors to meet targeted KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in MRO, vendor management, or procurement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Understanding of cross-cultural and global business issues
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP in SD, MM, or WM environments
