MRO Performance Optimization Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and work scope execution for assigned engine MRO events
• Partner with shop operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment
• Identify operational, technical, and financial risks and drive mitigation and escalation plans
• Analyze repair strategies, estimates, invoices, and performance data to improve cost visibility and outcomes
• Support reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across MRO operations

Requirements

• Technical Diploma in Aerospace, AME license, or University degree in Engineering or Sciences
• Minimum 7 years of engine maintenance and repair experience
• Experience working in an MRO operations environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Longueuil and communicate effectively in English in a French-speaking environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting technical documentation and engine repair processes
• Familiarity with MRO financial principles, including cost drivers, margin analysis, and billing
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong critical thinking and curiosity for identifying risks and opportunities
