MRO Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day material planning for MRO (Materials Repair Operations) activities.
• Manage the end-to-end MRO parts process, including RFQ review, sales order conversion, purchase order issuance, and invoicing.
• Prepare customer quotations based on vendor offers and ensure parts are sourced per customer specifications.
• Coordinate with MRO vendors to ensure correct parts are shipped timely and in full.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, including quantities, purchase prices, and material codes.
• Liaise with freight forwarders regarding inbound shipping rates and arrange shipment pickups.
• Resolve vendor, freight forwarder, and haulier payment issues in coordination with the SSC.
• Assist the Head of Department in developing and mentoring team members.
• Recommend process and system improvement measures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a related field, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team while working under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge and experience using SAP.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
