About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise repair and overhaul operations for components and accessories in a high-technology environment
- Motivate and energize the workforce to achieve optimal levels of employee engagement
- Drive key performance indicators including Health & Safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity
- Support budget management, hiring processes, and team development
- Manage work shift changes and participate in leadership meetings with other managers
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- College degree (DEC) in aeronautics or a related field (Engineering is an asset)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and processes
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, demanding environment
- Basic proficiency in English to understand specialized technical instructions and drawings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with aftermarket engine repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry
