About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise repair and overhaul operations for components and accessories in a high-technology environment
  • Motivate and energize the workforce to achieve optimal levels of employee engagement
  • Drive key performance indicators including Health & Safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity
  • Support budget management, hiring processes, and team development
  • Manage work shift changes and participate in leadership meetings with other managers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision
  • College degree (DEC) in aeronautics or a related field (Engineering is an asset)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and processes
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, demanding environment
  • Basic proficiency in English to understand specialized technical instructions and drawings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with aftermarket engine repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry
