MRI Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Operate state-of-the-art MRI equipment and adhere to imaging protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient assessment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of MRI services
• Train and support junior staff and radiography students

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer
• Extensive experience in MRI scanning
• Strong understanding of various MRI techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including extended hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff
