Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of MRI examinations using advanced imaging systems
- Prepare and position patients for scans
- Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively, including Siemens Aera, Siemens Viato, and GE Signa
- Ensure high standards of image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Radiography
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Minimum of 6 months experience at Band 5 level in MRI
- Proficiency in Siemens Aera, Siemens Viato, and GE Signa systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient care and safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in paediatric MRI imaging
