Our iron-air battery production is underway at our first high-volume manufacturing facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of incoming materials, components, and finished products to detect defects and non-conformities
• Maintain comprehensive records within a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Perform corrective rework on defective components or products to ensure adherence to quality specifications
• Act as a liaison between operations, quality, engineering, and MES teams for material-related issue resolutions
• Provide on-the-job training to manufacturing associates regarding non-conformances

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in quality
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities
• Experience utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Ability to lift and transport materials up to 530 pounds
