MRB Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own MRB Cage Performance by ensuring nonconforming material is identified, quarantined, and dispositioned in a timely manner
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements
• Provide functional, dotted-line leadership to the MRB technician team
• Serve as the primary bridge between Operations and Engineering to facilitate swift resolution of issues
• Ensure all activities comply with established Quality Management Procedures
• Monitor KPIs including average age of inventory and disposition cycle time
• Verify MES status updates and ensure disposition documentation is audit-ready

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or providing dotted-line leadership
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Proficiency with QMS software, ERP systems (Quickbase or similar), and MES
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
