MRB Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track in-house MRB (Material Review Board) material to control nonconforming products
• Evaluate, document, and present rejection data against specifications to determine shipment lot disposition
• Interface with various departments daily to provide status updates on open MRB items and establish action plans
• Facilitate MRB meetings and ensure all items are dispositioned in a timely manner
• Process dispositioned material according to established company processes
• Maintain accurate documentation for data traceability, inventory accuracy, and rejection reporting
• Identify and recommend improvements to the MRB process and update relevant documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate’s Degree (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Experience reading and interpreting technical specifications and blueprints
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exhibit strong ethical judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Minitab software
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
