Responsibilities

• Own the Maintenance & Repair (M&R) budget and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs
• Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities
• Maintain vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow
• Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network
• Lead and develop station repair teams to ensure consistent performance and technical capability
• Track key KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy

Requirements

• Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical field
• 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, repair, or workshop management
• 2+ years of direct people management experience in a technical/operational environment
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel to internal stations and external vendors within the market
• Fluency in German and English
• Proficiency in maintenance or fleet management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
