About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier commercial clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Coordinate and own account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on large deals and portfolio management.
  • Identify customer requirements and map them to organizational capabilities and supply chain solutions.
  • Build professional relationships with clients up to the executive level.
  • Achieve and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and territory account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to implement corrective actions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by entering and updating opportunities in tracking tools.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Execute hunting activities to bring in new customers.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in account management, tele sales, or product specialty (Managed Print Services).
  • Strong Business Development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
  • Proven experience in Sales Territory Management and B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting, negotiation, and upselling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar pipeline management tools.
