MPPC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service and Procurement teams (approximately 5 members)
• Define and achieve key performance indicators including service levels, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
• Lead monthly and weekly S&OP meetings to align Production, Sales, Logistics, and Purchasing stakeholders
• Utilize SAP for data-driven decision-making to optimize resources and stabilize production
• Develop strategic recovery plans to address sudden demand fluctuations and supply risks
• Build strong relationships with key customers (OEMs) and conduct high-accuracy demand analysis
• Execute inventory reduction initiatives and optimize supplier logistics schemes such as VMI and milk-runs

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or production control within the automotive parts industry
• Proven ability to create and manage production planning schedules
• Business-level Japanese proficiency for internal communication
• Business-level English proficiency for external communications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP tools
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Previous experience in team management
