About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Master Production Schedule for the Foundry Center and Fusion & Sands
- Coordinate production programs for sand reclaimers and return collections (risers, scrap, dross, etc.)
- Oversee the distribution and consumption program for scrap pieces in fusion furnaces
- Manage raw material (sand) appointment and arrival programs to ensure material availability
- Monitor fusion compliance, metal pumping, and production program adherence
- Conduct physical inventory counts of raw materials and analyze inventory adjustments
- Perform DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) calculations and analyze sand process flow diagrams
- Develop and manage improvements to monitoring and information systems
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives regarding sand and metal management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical (with administrative focus), or Chemical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in PC&L, Lean, Finance, or Maintenance
- Proficiency in Excel, including Visual Basic
- Knowledge of Linear Programming and Operations Research
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Fluency in English
