Responsibilities

• Receive guests cordially and provide professional service
• Offer menu options and take orders accurately
• Ensure food presentation meets quality and temperature standards
• Supervise table service, including clearing utensils and replenishing supplies
• Maintain organized service stations and dining areas
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service flow
• Adhere to LQA, SQF, HACCP, and safety standards

Requirements

• Technical degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of gastronomy, ingredients, and food preparation
• Familiarity with HACCP and/or SQF standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
