Mozo - Azafata

Responsibilities

• Receive guests cordially upon entering the restaurant
• Offer menu options and take customer orders with deep product knowledge
• Ensure dishes are served hot, clean, and uniform
• Monitor service by removing dirty utensils and replacing glassware/cups as needed
• Replenish bread baskets immediately and remove empty ones
• Maintain organized service areas, tables, and trays
• Coordinate with replenishment staff to ensure efficient station coverage
• Ensure cleanliness of carpets, mats, and bathrooms for subsequent services
• Organize service zones to keep clean and dirty items separate

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in high-end hotels
• Technical knowledge of HACCP and BPM
• Basic handling of INFOR and Silverware systems
• Advanced English proficiency (written and oral)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs
