Moves & Small Works Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide complete MAC (Moves, Additions, and Changes) services to client accounts
• Ensure all projects are QHSE compliant and delivered efficiently
• Generate new revenue lines and maximize sales profit margins
• Manage the selection and performance of the supply chain and move delivery contractors
• Act as the client interface for occupancy planning, space planning, and move activity
• Utilize AutoCAD and CAFM systems for space management
• Oversee project scope, risks, and timelines to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Promote and market MAC consultancy services internally and externally

Requirements

• Experience managing fit-out, strip-out, and small works projects
• Experience managing corporate moves and space planning
• Knowledge of the Move (Porterage) supply chain or 3rd party contractor management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2020 or above preferred)
• Strong financial skills and ability to analyze financial trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge of Sustainability and the Circular Economy
