Responsibilities

• Uphold commitment to service excellence and Diamond Class Customer Service
• Take direction from Drivers and Leads
• Lift 50 pounds individually and 75+ pounds with a team lift
• Execute tasks assigned by the Driver/Lead in a timely fashion
• Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional image with customers and team members
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
• Adapt to changing environments and work in both individual and team settings

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50-75+ lbs)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in household goods trades
• Ability to drive cargo vans and passenger vehicles
