About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming residents prior to and during move-in
- Coordinate move-in dates, orientations, and key handoffs
- Ensure all move-in requirements are completed, including lease documents and utilities confirmation
- Partner with maintenance and property teams to confirm units are move-in ready
- Schedule and track unit inspections, punch work, and final walk-throughs
- Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and lease execution
- Maintain accurate resident records in property management systems
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or multi-family housing experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic office technology and property management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in multi-family housing, leasing, or resident services
- Familiarity with leasing documents and property management software
